Polish user asks for Unicode to be used to allow Polish characters to be
introduced when filling out the online registration form

Hi, this is an enhancement request and I'll see about it for future
upgrades. I think that Truckee--a version of which you played on (it's
kind of like SC 2.0)--does support unicode but I am not sure at all. I
know that no present-day SC version does allow non ascii characters.

I do not know the PCN #, if there is one nor do I know the actual and
final release date for Truckee.

For technical reasons we have to move the issue to another subcomponent tan 'www'.
