Searching at 
http://qa.openoffice.org/issue_handling/pre_submission.html (top of 
attached "presubmission-search.PNG")for anything produces 
"No matching search results found." 
(bottom of "presubmission-search.PNG").

This has started just recently (approx a week ago).

Clicking "Search" (circled in green of "presubmission-search.PNG") on 
resulting page produces correct results. 

Setting P2 as it greatly increases the chances of submitting dup, thus 
increasing workload on QA and developers.
Please fix this problem ASAP.

Is this a problem of the form or of the search function? Frank, any idea?

somebody renamed the logical name of the "Issue tracker" entry on the search
page(http://www.openoffice.org/servlets/Search)'s "Artifacts to search" list box
from "IssueTracker+ALL" to "issuezilla+ALL", thus the search form creates a
wrong search URL now.

I could easily fix this in pre_submission.html, but the question is why this
renaming happened, and when it will happen again?
(Not to mention that "issuezilla" is not to be used anymore, as far as I know,
but "issuetracker" is the term of choice for our bug tracking system.
