The current path to store extensions, e.g. "C:\Documents and
Settings\USER\Application
Data\StarOffice8\user\uno_packages\cache\uno_packages\24.tmp_\ExtensionName" has
two misleading parts inside:
1. something like 'cache' can implicit tell the user that this is a cache and
can be removed
2. something like '.tmp_' inside a foldername means that this content is
temporary and can also deleted.

I think this should be changed in the future, cause a user can unexpectedly
remove their extensions.
