Repro steps:
1. Open any issue in Tracker.
2. Enter number of an existing issue in "Jump to issue" and add trailing space 
in there. Click "Jump".
3. Note how new issue gets displayed.
4. Type anything in "Additional comments" and click Submit - you get an error 
message and changes are not saved.
This behavior presents substantial problem because in many cases users Copy 
and Paste number and in certain cases issue number gets copied with trailing 
space.

I have not confirmed but the screen image is persuasive.

Was able to reproduce the issue. This error seems to be thrown only when moving
from "Jump to issue" . Working with the engineers on the actual reason for this bug.

We are planning to fix this issue in the next patch release of CEE 4.5.2.
Setting the target milestone to reflect the same. Marking this issue as Resolved
Later. Support will continue to track this issue internally and review the fix
once the patch has been applied on the site.
