Go down the flowchart until you reach pointers to side process:
 -> Feature implementation
 -> Feature QA
 -> Feature Documentation
Below this are the steps:
 - Check section abstract in spec, update if needed
 - Publish spec on OOo as final

AFAIK, this is not the current OOo community process
Spec should be published as final before implementation, QA and documentation
