Description tml 2007-03-29 13:57:27 UTC
Try attached sample document in PowerPoint and in OOo. I have no idea how this
field in question has originally been produced in PowerPoint (it's from a
customer) (I did manage to change the text in PowerPoint, though), and why
anybody would want to use invisible text fields on their slides. But I guess odd
crap like this is typical for the kind of PPT slides that really exists in the
wild. If OOo very clearly behaves much differently than PowerPoint when
importing a PPT slide, that is a problem.

Confirming with OO2.2 on WinXP - Impress shows some objects that are not
visible in PPT2003.

Changing the type of this issue to PATCH in the (vain?) hope of somebody
noticing. A suggested patch is attached to issue 22210.
