The menu guideline recommends that menu command that cause a focus switch to
other applications show this in the wording. Therefore "Help - Register..."
should be renamed to "Online register..." or "Register online..." or something
like that.

What about this issue. I forward it to somebody in UX team, who can work on it.
And and changed the target to 3.x
