Repeated assertion messages when starting, when opening a file, when opening a
menu. New in m208.

A regression introduced by
<http://eis.services.openoffice.org/EIS2/cws.ShowCWS?Path=SRC680%2Fsalstrintern>.
 I could not reproduce the warning on OOo SRC680m208 unxlngi6, but
tools/source/string/strimp.cxx:1.9.80.1 should fix it in any case.

Will apply the patch to my m209-based CWS' (at least locally and temporarily),
to get rid of this annoying assertion. Thanks a lot.
