OOos BASIC-Editor ("BASIC-IDE") should offer Code completion and suggestion of
object members/methods. This would help a lot to develop/create madros for
StarOffice/OpenOffice.org...

I think this is a low level requirement one could expect nowadays... maybe this
even changes this to a "defect"...

Well, to write this once more today... even "the enemy" offers this "feature"...

I think the BASIC-Editor should not only be a basic editor... ;)
