0. open a new database
1. create a table with any fields
2. open the report designer and bind it to the table
3. try to change the pagewidth by drawing the mouse pointer over the ruler

-> a doublearrow (for showing it is movable) appears, but no change possible

The Report Designer iTeam decided that this is no show stopper for the first
release, and no "should be fixed if possible at all". targeting to "not
determined" for the moment.
