- open any report design
- insert a label control
- via property browser, change the control's font name to something exotic
  (e.g. Wingdings)
=> the new font is not used in the label control. Executing the report
   shows that the font has well been set at the control, it's just not
   reflected in the control design.

This is about a new implementation in CWS oj14. Adding keyword
"new_implementation", targeting to OOo 2.x.

change target to 2.3 because issue will be fixed in a OOO 2.3

Tested on XP, OOo 2.3 stable, SRB 1.0.1
