Description drhatch 2007-05-23 00:37:04 UTC
Create a document with several headings, and subheadings with identical names
under at least two of the headings. Open navigator and leave content view off.
Double-click on the last of the subheadings with the identical name. This will
place the cursor in the heading window at the beginning of the subheading. Press
Enter so as to create space for a new subheading above the current one. Note
that navigator has jumped to an earlier subheading with the same name.

This behavior does not occur when content view is turned on.

Hi drhatch,
Thanks for issueing.
I can confirm this, as with the Navigator showing all categories.

However, as long as the selectiom in the Navigator doesn't reflect the position
in the document. it's not so serius, IMO.
Regards,
Cor

Hi Cor,
Thanks.
Not so serious. It can be confusing in a large document with many headings, and
requires a effort to get back in place in navigator if the user doesn't know to
toggle content view. If the user does know to toggle content view (as a
newcomer, I didn't initially; there is no reason to think it's required)
navigator recovers and things work as expected without losing the place in the
document.
