Save HTML should have an option to save HTML with only basic tags and using
browser defaults.

No font, color, width, CELLPADDING, CELLSPACING tags, etc.
The list of basic tags could eventually be user configurable but the first
version could be hard coded to err on the side stripping more. :-)
