- open any database document
- create a new report
- insert a text box
- select Format / Conditional Formatting
- in the Conditional Formatting dialog, change the background color using
  the respective toolbox item
=> the preview does not reflect the changed background color

This is a new implementation in CWS oj14. Adding keyword "new_implementation",
targeting to OOo 2.x.
