Open a report to edit.
Format > Seiteneinstellungen > Seitenlayout "gespiegelt" > Ok
Execute report. All pages have same margins.
Go back to edit the report.
Goto Format > Seiteneinstellungen.
See that the page layout has been reset to "Rechts und Links".

The Report Designer iTeam decided that this is no show stopper for the first
release, and no "should be fixed if possible at all". targeting to "not
determined" for the moment.
