This breaks the build for my languages. Please make sure that all lang dirs have this file.

Not only dz:

ls: ./dz/schart.cfg: No such file or directory
ls: ./ga/schart.cfg: No such file or directory
ls: ./gl/schart.cfg: No such file or directory
ls: ./ku/schart.cfg: No such file or directory
ls: ./pa-IN/schart.cfg: No such file or directory
ls: ./tg/schart.cfg: No such file or directory
ls: ./uk/schart.cfg: No such file or directory

Fixed on master workspace.

Please verify on CVS head (especially whether the content of those files is
correct).
