In Writer & Calc, there are only two Case i.e. Upper Case & Lower Case. But in 
MS Office there are four case i.e. Sentence Case, Lower Case, Upper Case, 
Title Case, Toggle Case.

As per above attachment there are 5 MS word case styles and 4 OOo case styles.
The only one that OOo does not have is 'toggle case' (reverses the case of each
character).

If the OP thinks that this would be a worthwhile enhancement to OOo then an
enhancement should be created clearly stating this. Based on the votes received
development many/may not occur.

It however is not a defect and will be closed as such.

It is possible in Writer but Character option in the Format Menu is not 
highlighted in the Spreadsheet. Is there any option for changing case in 
Spreadsheet.
