Especially as chart in Draw/Impress have a transparent background they should
also have no border by default (like it was the case in the old chart).

(Note: found in 680m213, was not in list yet, but which is important to know as
that master contains the new chart)

Fixed in CWS chart05.

Now, there is again no border for charts per default in Draw and Impress.
