there are some "?" + "numbers" + "english characters"and  "?" + "numbers" 
styles in the list.
1. Create a new presentation and input some words contain English and Chinese.
2. select these words -> Edit -> Paste spetial -> select the "formatted text" -
> OK
3. Format -> Style and Format
result: there are some "?" + "numbers" + "english characters"and  "?" 
+ "numbers" styles in the list.

I'm sorry but this is not a valid patch as it just fixes the symptoms and not
the cause.

If I understand this correctly, somewhere during that paste operation, the
unicode names of the styles are converted to ascii and then back, causing non
ascii characters to become '?'. Now in your patch you guess the original name by
seeing how many '?' you have and where the spaces are. I have no doubt that this
works for your language, but it will fail for other languages with non ascii
characters. So this issue must be fixed at the point that wrongly converts the
style names.

And yes we should have a bugdoc.

The same issue happens in Writer after pasting from Draw; OOo PL, found in 2.4.1
and 3.0.1.
I will attach a writer doc with the bug as well.

I'm changing component to framework because this happens in other places as
well, so it's probably a framework issue.
