Stefan ,
     To provide you with the latest updates and functionality, Collabnet 
has scheduled a Maintenance Window for CEE 4.5.2 patch 2 installation 
on www.openoffice.org . For more information it is recommended you 
review the patch release notes at http://www.collab.net/rn/4_5_2_2.html (patch
release notes) section.

We would require 30-60 minutes Maintenance Window for the upgrade . This 
upgrade would also be bringing in new changes and fixes inside/outside the Inst Set

1)PCN 55192 : Remove the X-No-Archive from mail header.
2)The rewrite rule of paged=false rewrite rule has been removed as we have
core-product fix which would be allow to configure the max messages per page in
the eyebrowse/servlet page.

Please get back to us with an Date/Time which would be most suitable for 
the patch upgrade .

We would like to perform the patch upgrade on 14:00:00 Wednesday June 6, 2007
PDT which would be 23:00:00 Wednesday June 6, 2007 in CET. Please note that site
would be down for 30-60 minutes.

As per the call with Stefan we would be setting the maximum number of mails per
page to be set as 1000 during the patch upgrade .

  The Snake-S patch upgrade has completed as per schedule however we have
noticed that there we are unable to search the mailing list archive . An
internal issue PCN 55894 has been opened and we are currently actively
investigating the reasons for the failure/error shown.

Further investigation into the issue lead to the fact that this we unable to
search in a newly created project were the indexing of the mailing list was not
completed . 

Closing this issue as the task has been completed and their are no problems
noticed after the patch upgrade .

Re-opening this issue as we have noticed the MAX_MESSAGES_PER_PAGE setting has
not got properly initialized during the previous patch maintenance . Hence we
would like to schedule another downtime to make sure that this setting does get
built into the system.

Hi Stefan,

I verified the mailing list archives for the maximum messages displayed per page
& now, it restricts to 1000 messages on requesting to show maximum messages on
the archive. This was accomplished  after we rebuilt the runtime with a downtime
of 45 minutes. Please verify the same.
