JA->HDU: This is a duplication of iBIS 111777

Open the attached snapshot you will notice that at the end of the file name the
'"' and the '.' are placed to the right of the phrase while is should be to the
left of the phrase.

Please review the attached snap shot.

Karl->HDU: Looks like a bidi issue. Duplicate of (iBIS) 111760?
HDU: I agree, I have the suspicion that 110225 111760 111777 111789 all have the
same core reason: ICU Bidi vs. Uniscribe Bidi. Need to analyze

Looking at the original inhouse bugtracker this issue was last confirmed on 2003-08-14, so I wouldn't be too 
surprised...

This is not reproducible in Build DEV300_m39.
