confirmed
Comment 2 pavel 2007-06-15 12:05:50 UTC
Works now.
Comment 3 pavel 2007-06-15 13:18:01 UTC
OK, random guess:

- openoffice.org server is using DNS server a.b.c.d
- openoffice.org server is using reverse check on incoming DNS connections
- DNS server a.b.c.d was down for an hour or so.

Or?

As it works now, we can lower the priority to P2.

I will get back to you with the cause if it was unable to establish the tunnel.

When we investigated we found that there were couple of times tunneling was not
possible in CVS.From looking through logs, a user from ip 89.100.255.94 for
accessing CVS & a lot of requests were established by the user. However the user
user's ip is valid since access can be from this ip from May 2007.

On looking further into the logs it was identified that there was multiple ~ 2-3
instances of the CVS tunnel to be unavailable for the users and the cumulative
time for both the instances was ~ 1 hour.
