0. open a new database
1. create a table with a binary field
2. open the report designer and bind it to the table
3. open the add field container and d&d the binary field several times (3-5)
into the working area
4. use the mouse scroll wheel and scroll up and down several times

-> report design area is corrupted (mostly the headder or footer is partly
cutted or grey)

The Report Designer iTeam decided that this issue is a "should fix" for the
first release of the report designer. Targeting to 2.x, thus.

change target to 2.3 because issue will be fixed in a OOO 2.3
