0. open a new database
1. create a table with any image fields
2. open the report designer and bind it to the table
3. open the add field container and d&d the fields in the working area
4. execute the report

-> warning appear: an error occured while creating the report

can reproduce in 0.4.0. In the latest developer builds (not yet available as
snapshots), executing the report succeeds, but the images are not shown.

fs->clu: If it still doesn't work for you with the newest builds of oj14, then
please attach a bug doc.

works fine in a m220 (oj14 already integrated)
