Tested OOo 2.3 Mac Aqua porting - Writer and Spreadsheet

Bold, Italic, Underline font effect icons do not register if active or not in
menu bar (Icons not grayed or change color - appearance is static) - the feature
works on the font 

Text Alignment Icons: Left/Center/Right/Justified icons in menu bar do not
register if active or not in menu bar (Icons not grayed or change color -
appearance is static) - the feature works on the text

This must have been fixed since 2.3, because it definitely works in DEV300_m21 (Intel).
