Tested OOo 2.3 Aqua MacPorting
Spreadsheet document

scrollbar captures page in spreadsheet; stops at cell limit per sheet(?)

Click once in down scroll arrow and page moves slightly down as it should.
click once in right scroll arrow and pages moves right slightly as it should.

Click and hold arrow to scroll through spreadsheet page; then let go and move
arrow and click in a cell or try and click a different sheet - page is captured
and scrolls to cell column IU (right arrow selected) or row 357 (down arrow
selected) before stopping; can't stop action works in reverse as well; left
scroll or up scroll.

Just tried to scroll up clicking on up arrow from row 357 and scrolling captured
and continued down to 1372 - can grab blue scroll indicator and return to top of
page.

Update: in font drop-down window; located in standard toolbar view, selecting up
arrow to scroll to top of list of fonts only scrolls down; cannot scroll up
unless I click and hold on blue slider and move it up.

Must have been fixed in a newer version: works fine in DEV300_m21 (Intel).

actually this was issue 77549 in disguise
