Automated test: framework\options\f_opt_loadsave.bas::tLoadSaveGeneral

Affected item:
Tools->Options->Load/Save->General->Listbox "Documenttype"
Changes to the filters for HTML Document, Master Document and Formula Document
are not not saved.

Reproduction:
- Change the default filters to e.g. the last entry for the three Documenttypes
mentioned above
- Close Tools/Options accepting the changes
- Restart the application
- Verify the settings for the filters
-> The filters have jumped back to default

AS: Problem was some finalized properties inside configuration ...
Fixed now.
