Possible reason: Disk full ? Mounted NFS volume broken ? Wrong permissions ?

Seems to be caused by makefile.pmk, line 87:
    @@-$(MKDIRHIER) $(@:d)

Creation of several subdirectories of common.pro/misc/et/text/sbasic clashes and
fails:

helpcontent2> ls common.pro/misc/et/text/sbasic/shared/
