When approving the CWS in EIS, I do not see nominated in the list of possible choices.

When I mark it as Approved by QA, and go back to the page, I can nominate.

I'd like to be able to directly nominate the CWS to save time.

I think this has something to do woth that I disabled the possibility to do
nomination directly for QA rep
(http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/ReleaseStatus_Minutes#2007-07-09)
until we create OOG680.

BEI->MH: well that and the fact that EIS wrongly assumes that the developer, the
QA Rep and the Nominator are 3 distinct persons.
BEI->pjanik: added more rights to users which have the Role EIS_FinalNomination
which you have. You should be able to nominate from state ready_for_qa now.
