When adding a new table after a paragraph of text, the top border of the table does not appear or show.  
Here's how to replicate this problem:

1) Type in a line of text.
2) Press the enter key two times.
3) Add a 3 x 3 table.

The top border of the table will not appear.  In order to make it appear, the table has to be pushed down 
by placing the insertion point at the end of the paragraph text and pressing the enter key several times.
