The Extension Manager allows to update extensions via the internet. 
It should be possible for an administrator to update the installed extensions
via the unopkg tool.

According to the spec this feature is only for UI use. As long there is no
customer requirement, there is no need for this.

To the user it looks as if he has one single tool that has different features
for UI and command line mode. This is absolutely bad design.

I would like to request unopkg update feature.

This should work in user mode
unopkg update

and also in administration mode for shared extension
unopkg update --shared

I hope it will update when OpenOffice.org still running.
