There are many people who really want to go to Barcelona to attend OOoCon 2007
sessions and meetings but can't go there.

Streaming and IRC can let them attend those sessions and meetings.

Prepare two machines for a session or a meeting, one for speaker's presentation
and another one for IRC.

Project both presentation and IRC on the big screen behind the speaker.

Through the streaming anyone in other parts of the world can watch sessions and
meetings and can send their messages on topic through IRC, which will be seen by
attendees in Barcelona.

Can we start doing this with Native-Language Confederation's meeting and
MarCons' meeting on Tuesday 18th?
