In non-pro builds, the stlport lib has a _stldebug in its name.  This is not
reflected in SDK.  (For example, creating the symbolic links at
odk/setsdkenv_unix.csh.in:1.9 l. 232 and odk/setsdkenv_unix.sh.in:1.9 l. 286
uses the wrong name.)

fixed on cws jsc20

jsc -> cn: i have added additional checks and a debug version of the stl port is
now supported. You can easy test it by installing a non pro office and sdk
version. build the cpp counter example and check the linker options.
