QA needs a sample extension that can be updated using the unmodified extension
update url configured in the office.

Affected test: framework/basic/f_basic_extension_update.bas

Added block relationship to issue 78938, this task will be removed from the CWS
as it cannot be fixed without the missing sample extension. Target remains.
