Hi,

I often move between several locations. Sometimes, I have to use proxy settings in the .cwsrc. So Often, I 
change ~/.cwsrc twice a day to get cws tooling to work.

It would be nice if it works automatically 8) E.g. if I could specify that the backup server should use proxy 
or something like that.

@pavel: is this still an issue with subversion? Otherwise we should close this
issue due to glaring inactivitiy :-)
