Added new item to layout menu that can create a slide with a single text frame
align in center of slide. Patch is available and icons as well. Unpack the
archive in default_imagez directory:
1. cd default_images
2. tar xzvf textonly.icons.tar.gz

the patch looks good but it needs some extra work so the xml format knows about
the new layout. I will add this for 2.4

missed the feature freeze, was to busy with table implementation. have to
retarget again

applied patch to cws impressfontsize for OOo 3.1. I also added load and save
support for xml formats
