This is an offshoot from the patch 3 upgrade for Snake-S(4.5.2)
http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=80164 done on 8/9/07. While
performing the restart of the site after application of the patch notice that
time taken for the site to restart was longer. The site was down for ~30 minutes
longer that the normal schedule time mentioned . An internal issue PCN 57511 has
been opened for further investigation.

Even though considerable amount of time and effort was placed on the
investigation of the root cause . We have still been unable to identify the
actual reasons for the slow restart of the site . We know that some the services
had trouble shutting down, however not sure how much a role they could have
played in bringing the site back up. 

This issue is still under investigation .

This feature has been stated to be brought back in one of the upcoming release.
Moving this issue into the Resolved Later queue .

Our engineers have been unable to identify the actual root cause for this slow
restart of the site in the normal conditions. Instructions have been provided to
capture the state of the machine during next patch upgrade this would allow us
to investigate further on this issue .

For the moment resolving this issue to Remind.

The fix is available in the patch 6 of CEE 4.5.2
