The index at the end of the OpenOffice.org2.x User Guide
(http://documentation.openoffice.org/manuals/OOo2.x/user_guide2_draft.pdf) is
broken. (23rd draft, according to the containing page)

Page 470 contains index entries for the letter D.
Page 471 contains 4 index items for the letter T.
Page 472 contains the PDL license text.
