Using Windows XP and OOo-Dev 2.3 OOG680_m2, when I try to use DicOOo 1.7 to
update the dictionary files, it fatally freezes after you select a 'Thesaurus'
to install when 'Administrator setup' or 'Current user setup' is selected. Also,
if you minimize at any stage during the DicOOo installation, when it is
maximized, it fatally locks up.

Perhaps same reason as in issue 80999.

Changing from P3 to P2, I think that this is a VERY big problem, as
spellchecking is useless with the dictionaries from DicOOo.

I just tested DicOOo 1.8, the same lockup occurs in OOG680_m2.
