When the user has copied/pasted a selection, and selects "insert column" or
"insert row" on a target area, Calc should attempt to automatically insert that
copied selection - it is redundant to have to "insert" over and over in order to
make room for a huge paste, when it could just simultaneously insert/paste the
correct cells.
