The mail archive only shows the first 20 Messages, there are no links to go to 
the next 20, and no links to jump to a different results page.

The only way to watch the other messages is to use "Show All", but this only
works for small-volume lists.

The paging links (Prev | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 | 8 | 9 | 10 | ... | Next)
are shown only for "By Date / All" but not for a specific month.

Hi Cloph,

On researching with the pagination of the mail archives, we found that there
exists two issues. One which affects the pagination links (they don't show up if
the total number of messages does not exceed 1000). Secondly, even though if all
the messages are viewed, the Show Max button still appears on the mailing list
archive page.

This issue is fixed in Patch 5. Please feel free to get back for further queries
on this regard.

When will "patch 5" be applied? days, weeks, months, years from now?

Based on the comments provided by pritha , moving this issue to the Resolved
Later queue

CollabNet Support is currently reviewing the issues under Resolved-Later. If the
issues are fixed currently in any of the present CEE releases, then it will be
marked as Resolved-Fixed.

There might be a few issues which might not be in our future roadmaps which
might be closed as Wontfix unless it does not lie under any custom request.

Verified this issue by posting more then 31 messages to the emailing list and
all the 28 messages have got archived and also there was a pagination when we
can traverse to the next page where we can see the remaining all the messages
archived and there is also one mechanism where we can set the number of message
should be shown per page also. 

Also verified the release notes related to this issue.

This is available in patch 5 of CEE 4.5.2
