The SHA1 hashes are malformed (to be precise - they are formed ok, but to 
format different, than one used in Magnet URLs), which makes for example 
Shareaza to ignore it.

Sure, Shareaza could be more permissive about this error. But however it is OOo 
site, breaking the standard.

I also think that makes other magnet-aware programs to ignore the links.

There was more discussion in Shareaza forum, right know can't give the link - 
Shareaza site is down. However try later to go http://shareaza.sf.net -> forum -
>search -> openoffice
