Mailing list archives have stopped since late September

An archive system of mailing list dev@website.openoffice.org has stopped appending newly posted e-mails since late September. http://website.openoffice.org/servlets/SummarizeList?listName=dev In addition to the dev@website, an archive of discuss@ja.openoffice.org does not list articles posted recently, too. http://ja.openoffice.org/servlets/SummarizeList?listName=discuss Similar issues: issue 58634 - users@installation issue 60817 - discuss@ issue 60949 - dev@qa, releases@ issue 69202 - ooocon2006_discuss@marketing Additionally, something strange can be observed in the archive. The problem occurs on the mac@porting.openoffice.org list too. Maybe all ooo lists ?
Hi I have tried replicating the issue by sending a test mail to the mailing list and checked the archive too . I too didnt see the mails in the archive. I have filed the internal ticket . Will keep you updated on its progress Regards Arjun GM Support Operations

Same for the localizzazione at it.openoffice.org mailing list. http://it.openoffice.org/servlets/SummarizeList?listName=Localizzazione But other lists at it.openoffice.org seem OK.

Stefan , After investigation on the issue identified that indexer for eyebrowse message was in a limbo state . Performing a restart of the indexer resolved the issue. Verified that the mails have started reaching the archive folder of the mailing list . Root cause on why the plugin was in this state is still under investigation . Bringing down the priority of the issue.
Checked dev@de.openoffice.org: - Missing Mails of the last days have been added - Delay is actually down to 20 minutes
Arjun, Stefan, and those who are interested in this issue: Thanks to everyone, especially Arjun, the mailing list archiving system seems to have become fine. Arjun: Could you update the status from STARTED to an appropriate one if you think so?
After careful analysis/investigation of the issue we have been unable to identify the root cause on why the indexer was hug for the plug-in events . We feel this could be due a transient issue . However we do apologize for the inconvenience caused to the community members . Resolving this issue based on the comments provided above. Regards Jobin
