While trying to download the latest development build from:
http://download.openoffice.org/680/index.html?intcmp=1235
[OOo-Dev 2.3 Developer Snapshot (build SRC680_m231)
  - Windows binary and core source package ]

I get:

  Forbidden

  You don't have permission to access
 
/pub/openoffice/developer/SRC680_m231/OOo-Dev_SRC680_m231_Win32Intel_install_en-US.exe
  on this server.

  Apache/2.2.3 (Debian) Server at neacm.fe.up.pt Port 80

After checking ~10 minutes later, this issue seems to have been corrected. It
works now 'automagically'. [Haven't tested the download sources though.]

[Alternatively, is it necessary to log in in order to be able to download the
latest build? Of course I logged in for filing this issue. In this case, such a
notice should be posted on the download site.]
