Cloned task for *** Issue 82240 *** with target milestone: OOo 2.3.1

SBA Note: This is a clone of issue 82240 which is for Draw/Impress

1. open Calc with Asian language support ON
2. insert Text box (horiaontal or vertical) and enter some text in it
3. click "Text direction from top to bottom" or "Text direction from left to
right" icon in Text formatting Toolbar
-> Text box loses focus and text direction does not change

This works fine on Text box in Writer
This is regression issue from 2.2.1.

Fixed on CWS "dr59". Changed: drtxtob2.cxx 1.17.160.1
