Hi

there is a file that freezes OOo 
reproduced on Linux and solaris

the file has been created using NeoOffice and there is no problem with it

as it is a semi-private file, please ask so that i send it directly

Various files caused a loop in the Writer layout engine. This has been fixed in
the latest development edition (at least since OOo-dev3 m231), see:
http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=81146

Please download the latest OOo-dev3 build and test the file with that build.
(latest is m233; use at least m231; see:
 http://blogs.sun.com/GullFOSS/entry/new_ooo_dev_2_316
 BUT remember, these are development builds,
 so may contain other errors and be unstable themselves.
 I haven't tested personally the m233 build, yet! )

the file has been tested with no success
Here are some more points
* It loads but as soon as we move inside the document OOo freezes with 100% use
of CPU
* reproduced in kubuntu and OOo 2.3.0 / Mac OS X.4.10 PPC X11
* the file opens on google doc. If re-exported to ODF, then opens fine on OOo

* validator

thr problem is the same using m231 or m233

Thanks for sending the document.
Looks like a problem caused by the "old" Chart objects in this document. Same is
described in issue 81812. I have tested this document with the workspace
containing fix for issue 81812 and it works fine there.
