On the SDK 2.3, Chap 20 "Graphical User Interfaces", all the hyperlinks
referencing UNO types link to the on-line version of the API refrence, instead
of relative to the local SDK installation.

For example, 

http://api.openoffice.org/docs/common/ref/com/sun/star/awt/module-ix.html

instead of 

$OO_SDK_HOME/docs/common/ref/com/sun/star/awt/module-ix.html

On all the other chapters, hyperlinks URL are relative to the local installation
of the SDK, so that the reader can browse the API reference off-line.

We plan to move the DevGuide into the wiki and with that move i plan to remove
it from the SDK because we won't maintain two versions. When we have a working
process in place to create a PDF from the wiki, the guide can be downloaded
separately for offline reading.

i will not fix this issue because with OO.org 2.4 SDK the DevGuide will not
longer part of the SDK directly. We will move the DevGuide into the Wiki and the
links will be all online. 

The reason to not include the DevGuide is that we can't maintain two version and
currently we have no usable way to extract a PDF version from the Wiki. On the
other side we hope that more people will contribute to the guide when it is
available in the wiki. As soon as we have a working mechanism to generate a PDF
from all relevant DevGuide Wiki pages we will provide a downloadable PDF version.
