Each time I run a query, OOo opens 21 connections to the database.  None of them
expire.

Pooling is disabled.

If I use Tools-SQL no connections are left behind.  If I use a Query instead, 21
connections are created.

1. does it still occure with a current version?
2. do you have the same problem with the native (hsql) database?
3. do you have the possibility to try it with an other odbc driver/database
