It would be VERY nice to have a simple option, to make the bibliography entries
insert in the document look like they do in the bibliography list.
So instead of having [SOMEBOOK] in the footnote and "Auther: Title, Publisher,
Year" in the list, I'd have "Auther: Title, Publisher, Year" in both locations.
