The date entered into some cells is displayed incorrectly. See example in
spreadsheet which I will attach once I have found out how to do so

See line 34, column D. The date has been entered as 11th December 1889 but
displays as 10-Dec-1889. Another example is Line 48, column D: the date was
entered as 9th January 1890 and appears as 08-Jan-1890.

The spreadsheet is saved as Excel 97 format.

Hi,

could not reproduce. The dates show up correctly in my environment. So it seems
to me it's a double to Issue 76623 .
